Terms and conditions

A 30% advance payment is required

Upon confirming the reservation, you will be asked for a 30% advance payment of the total cost of the stay. Only after the payment is made can you consider the reservation valid. The balance must be paid before check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Loss of the deposit for cancellations less than two months before arrival.

If the cancellation occurs 10 days before arrival or after check-in (in case of early departure) for any reason, we will apply the following penalties: charge of the entire booked and confirmed stay.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: from 14:00 to 20:00

Note: The arrival time must be communicated to us by the day before arrival.

Our presence is guaranteed only during the communicated and agreed check-in hours.
Beyond these hours, check-in will not be possible unless previously agreed with us.

In case of a late check-in beyond 20:00 that has been previously agreed, there will be a supplement of 15 euros.

CHECK-OUT: by 10:30

BREAKFAST

Breakfast will be served buffet-style from 8:30 to 10:00 am.
